The State bank of India (SBI) has recruit the candidates every year for the post of probationary Officers (POs). SBI PO 2018 examination is the national level exam and SBI PO Examination has includes two stages the first one is Prelims and the second one is Mains. Eligibility Criteria for SBI PO 2018

Applicants must ensure with the prescribed eligibility conditions before he/she going to apply for SBI PO 2018. Candidates can check below the eligibility requirement for appearing in SBI PO Exam.

Applicants should have UG degree in any stream from recognized college/university.

The age of an individual should be lies b/w 21 to 30 years on April 1st, 2018.

Age Relaxation:

Candidates have advantage as relaxation in age, for ST/SC category candidates have 5 years relaxation and OBC (Non creamy layer) belonging candidates have 3 years relaxation.

For PWD (Person with disables)

 SBI PO Exam Pattern 2018

The SBI PO Exam will be directed in two stages i.e. Preliminary and Main Examination. By clearing Preliminary exam candidates will be able to appear in mains exam. In order to qualify the examination, applicants should acquire at least cut-off marks in a particular section which is directed by SBI when the examination is over.

  1. Examination would be held via online mode by having 1 hour time duration.
  2. There will 3 sections consist in the examination with 100 Marks in total.
  3. There will be no negative marking for incorrect attempt.

After that click on “career” link from the home page and access the SBI PO Application form link.
Candidates have to fill the Application form by entering their details like name, mobile no., E-mail ID, educational information, etc.
Upload digital image of Photograph, Signature which should be in prescribed format & size.

Also have to pay the requisite application fee with Rs.600/- by using Credit card/Debit card/Net banking.

Don’t forget to take a print of the application for further use.

Images Specification

Signature: Signature of the candidates should be drawn on the white paper with black ball pen. And its size should be lie b/w 10kb to 20kb.

Photograph: Photo of the candidates should not be old and the background of the photo should be white. The dimensions of it should be 200px (width) & 300px (height) size lie b/w 20kb-50kb.

Selection Procedure for SBI PO 2018

The authority will prepared the final merit list as per to the performance of the candidates in all stages. There will be three stages of candidate’s selection as follows below.

First Stage: Preliminary Exam (Consists Objective Type Questions of 100 Marks).
Second Stage: In this stage Main Exam will be held after qualifying Preliminary Exam there will be Objective type questions having 200 Marks and Descriptive with 50 Marks.
Third Stage: This is the last stage of selection, candidates have to appear in Group discussion and personal Interview which is consists 20 and 50 Marks.
